Cancellation Policy

At LH Clinic, we kindly ask all clients to respect our appointment policy so we can ensure fair availability for everyone and keep the clinic running smoothly.

We understand that sometimes plans change, but as appointments are reserved specifically for you, we require adequate notice for any changes or cancellations.

Please read our policy carefully:

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur any charge.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, a £20 deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.

  • Appointments cancelled on the day will require a deposit plus full payment before rebooking.
    50% of this payment can be redeemed against your next appointment.

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, a deposit and full payment will be required before rebooking.
    This payment is non-redeemable.

Why we have this policy

Late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on our clinic, as this time is often too short to offer the slot to another client. This policy helps protect our time and ensures fairness to all clients who are waiting for appointments.
